SalaryGrowing IT company is seeking for Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator to complete the warehouse team. We’re looking for self-motivated, driven, and hardworking individuals!
We are looking for an experienced, honest, detail-oriented individual who is extremely organized and able to produce a great deal of productivity with accuracy.
The Warehouse and Inventory Coordinator is responsible for keeping track of inventory, and heavy data entry. Also, ensure that the warehouse is clean, well-organized and safe at all times. This position is Monday thru Friday with some Saturdays.
Responsibilities:
- Receive material orders
- Inventory - Accountable for reducing supply losses
- Heavy data entry
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and desk
- Monthly truck inventory to ensure all trucks are maintained and in good working order
- Equipment inventory to ensure all equipment is maintained and in good working order
- Lift and hand carry cartons that may occasionally weigh up to 50 lbs.
- Understand and practice proper warehouse work safety methods
- Shipping, receiving, packaging loading and unloading
- Counting daily specific product categories
- Receiving daily
- Cross training
- Google Docs (pricelist) inventory
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- The most important trait is a STRONG EYE FOR DETAIL
- Ability to provide a high level of output – fast and accurate is a must
- Ability to work with little direction
- Lift and hand carry cartons that may occasionally weigh up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3-5 years working in a warehouse is *A MUST*
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
