Responsible for all Warehouse Inventory activities and accuracy. Responsible for physical cycle counts, input material staging / un-staging, and related ERP transactions. Works regularly with warehouse, office, and management staff. Will be required to communicate effectively, be technically proficient and able to accomplish time-sensitive tasks, promptly and on time. Must remain calm under pressure, multi-task, and effectively problem-solve. A very high level of accuracy and commitment are required.
Work Schedule:
Tuesday through Saturday with overtime on Monday
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing and accuracy of regularly scheduled cycle counts
- Work cross functionally with warehouse and inventory teams to investigate and resolve inventory variances
- Responsible for properly selecting and allocating of First Expiry First Out (FEFO) of raw materials in support of production schedule
- Coordinates the Pull Request for Pre-Staging. Prints pull request containing the locations / lots, number of pallets, product, and any partial pull documents
- Performs physical staging of raw materials in support of production schedule. Ensures all staging and un-staging movements are properly recorded in ERP
- Ensures inventoried items are properly tagged with accurate pallet tag information
- Communicates any inventory variances and/or discrepancies to the Warehouse Supervisor and Lead
- Handles any out of cycle requests for count or recounts
- Able to be Back-Up for Creating/updating inbound shipments for RTW (Return to Warehouse / RMA's). Notifies Customer Service/Cost Accounting, as needed if there are issues or discrepancies.
- Proficient with Excel and database processes and usage.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Education:
- High School Diploma or GED and at least 3 years of related experience.
Required Experience:
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to fluently speak and understand English.
Minimum Requirements:
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, technical procedures, and/or governmental regulations.
- Ability to write reports and general business correspondence. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and the public.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- The employee may frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds with assistance or equipment. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
Pay range: $19.00 to $23.00
