We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Warehouse Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing all aspects of parts allocation, receiving, staging, delivery, returns, inventory, and office upkeep. They will play a critical role in ensuring smooth operations within the warehouse and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Parts Allocation:
Pull parts from stock and allocate them physically and in iPoint system as per requests.
Allocate parts from other projects when necessary to fulfill requirements.
Parts Receiving:
Receive deliveries, sign for them, and accurately document product receipt in software.
Store products appropriately based on specific circumstances.
Notify relevant parties and track products not yet received.
Staging Jobs:
Stage products for technicians and print necessary paperwork.
Collaborate closely with technicians to clarify job requirements.
Product Delivery:
Deliver products as per software instructions.
Ensure technicians have all necessary items and have delivery sign-off sheets prepared in advance.
Product Returns and RMAs:
Monitor channels for North transactions and handle product returns efficiently.
Accurately update software with "un-deliver" or "un-allocate" actions.
Notify all relevant parties for next steps and follow up on any open items.
Inventory Management:
Maintain non-inventory item levels and adjust inventory as needed, with proper documentation.
Conduct bi-annual physical inventory checks and maintain van stock levels.
Keep stock inventory organized below the target level.
Office Duties:
Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of vans.
Conduct ladder inspections and ensure safety equipment is in place.
Keep office supplies stocked and handle scrap wire returns.
Periodically clean protective blankets and maintain overall warehouse tidiness.
Ensure timely disposal of pallets and answer the spire phone line.
Foster cooperative relationships with external warehouses and execute equipment/tool requests.
