Job Description
A Receiving Coordinator is responsible for maintaining inventory counts and quality control procedures for incoming and outgoing product shipments. Duties include, but are not limited to, unloading delivery trucks, inspecting and cross referencing all incoming shipments against product invoices, organizing and storing shipments until outgoing order requests. Responsible for managing inventory and notifying appropriate parties if stock levels are low or not enough is available for fulfillment of shipping order. This position works a rotating 12-hour Shift Schedule, including every other weekend.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Supports the quality system knowledge including the quality manual, quality policy and applicable procedures and work instructions
Ensures products and supplies are unloaded, received, and loaded on the dock in an efficient, accurate and safe manner
Responsible for skid wrapping where required
Coordinate/provide direction to hi-lo drivers based on need
Coordinate truck inbound/outbound
Verifies packing slips for correct products and amounts
Verifies product count to ensure correct inventory
Completes all necessary paperwork and filing in complete and accurate manner
Accurately prints and labels product
Coordinates placement of raw materials, supplies, and finished goods in proper location after inspections are completed
Weekly/Month-End department cycle counts as required
Constant communication with Logistics, Production and Warehouse departments
Participates positively in department meetings
Operates HiLo, pallet jacks and other machinery in a safe manner at all times
Reports safety concerns to supervisor
Cross trains with Warehouse positions and fills in as needed
Maintains and displays strong attendance habits by being present and on time
Must have reliable transportation to travel between multiple facilities (within 5 miles)

Job Requirements
High School Diploma or General Education Degree
Six months related experience and/or training
Basic Problem Solving
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Must be able to obtain and retain HiLo Certification
Team player with a positive attitude
Must be flexible and adaptable
Ability to read and interpret various measurement instruments
- Ability to work in various temperature-controlled environments
