We have an immediate opening for a Warehouse Coordinatorin our Service Department.

Summary:

The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for daily interaction with field and office personnel in a fast-paced environment. Duties of general warehousing include: staging orders, ordering materials, tooling, and delivery of materials to field personnel on job sites.

Essential Functions:

• Coordinates delivery of purchased items per required schedules and the needs of employees
• Assists field technicians on job sites with material installation and removal of old materials
• Coordinate pick-up and returns to local supply houses
• Maintains a relationship with vendors so that we receive the best possible price
• Ability to successfully direct and coordinate the requirements of the customers, employees, outside vendors, delivery schedules and subcontractors to make our field personnel as productive as possible
• Identifies new vendors and alternate material sources for cost savings
• Pick up supplies/parts and deliver to field personnel
• Keeps parts log updated and stages parts appropriately when receiving shipments
• Other duties as assigned

Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:00-4:00PM.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Current Driver's License required - Class C (Chauffeurs) license required
• Ability to pull a flatbed and/or gooseneck trailer
• Strong Customer Service experience required - both internally and externally
• General building maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of HVAC industry with a minimum of 2 years' experience
