Warehouse Coordinator

Warehouse Coordinator provides a comprehensive and efficient administrative service to the warehouse department encompassing input, monitoring, and integrity of data onto the computerized systems, and manual documents.

Specific Accountabilities:

• Check in over the road truck drivers arriving with appointments to pick up/deliver scheduled loads.
• Assign warehouse forklift drivers loads via computerized vehicle mounted units.
• Package goods to ship via Fed Ex, UPS, and DHL.
• Received concentrates, labels, small parts, and small packages for various departments.
• Coordinate scheduling shuttle drivers and tacking shuttle drivers.
• Write SOP's.
• Coordinate shipping recycled materials to recycling companies.
• Prepare reports for Plant Manager.
• Ensure the dock are are maintained in a safe manner.
• Schedule all local deliveries.
• Coordinate inner office mail.
• Perform SLS Row Verifications on a daily basis.
• Coordinate warehouse shuttles with the off site warehouse.
• Confirm orders in SAP or Cimpro.
• Receive raw materials in SAP or Cimpro.
• Communicate with the customer service department on shipping issues.
• Monitor and control the Walmart shuttle outside the warehouse.
• Manage front office area, greet guests, sign guests in and maintain lobby area.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.
• Responsible for Quality and Food Safety.

Position Requirements and Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel and Power Point.
• Must be detailed oriented.
