Role: Warehouse Coordinator & Office Support(Full Time)
Location: Troy, MI
Salary: $30 per hour to start with evaluation after 90 Days

Warehouse Coordinator & Office Support
Qualifications for Warehouse and Office Support Coordinator:
- 3+ years of logistics and / or Office Support experience.
- Possesses knowledge of a warehouse operation.
- Some administrative experience preferred.
- Willing to roll up the sleeves to learn new skills.
- Ability to work in a high trust environment.
- Highly capable at problem solving; along with being highly organized and detailed.
- Able to effectively multitask, prioritize, and work within a deadline.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally with customers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel, and some knowledge of SharePoint).
Job Responsibilities:
Daily Tasks:
- Respond to any COI requests from customers.
- Work on Projects assigned to by priority status.
- Prep for all upcoming known tasks that have required due dates.
- Assist Machine Department - International Shipments – a) this will be sole responsibility and b) shipping of Machine and Accessories
- Retrieve needed drawings requests from customers.
Weekly Tasks:
- Pull time from Timeero and email to Department Managers for comparison to NetSuite Utilization report.
- Backup for phones – Mon, Wed, Fri while admin is at lunch.
- Process Expense Reports. Work with Department Managers on expenses not submitted.
Bi-weekly Tasks:
- Process Payroll for US and Canada.
- Record Payroll into NetSuite.
Monthly Tasks:
- Pull Mileage from Timeero and enter costs into Mileage Tracking Spreadsheet and enter costs into NetSuite.
- Provide Upper Management final utilization numbers for service / app employees.
- Provide Upper Management with Inventory – Machine – Accessories – Parts
- Application Supply Inventory – will need to be accounted for by personnel to you.
- Balance Wex Fleet account.
Quarterly Tasks:
- Ensure all departments reviews are setup and completed.
- Ensure all company owned vehicles are maintained properly and documented.
Yearly Tasks:
- Distribute COI to all customers.
- Provide Vendor COI to Controller in October to prepare for November Audit.
- ISN update with Insurance and safety information.
- Provide Service and Applications with annual safety presentation for employees.
- Ensure all company owned vehicles mileage – personal vs work is accounted for.
- Ensure all Tabs are current on vehicles.
* As the Major projects are complete, additional tasks may be added to the above.
Priority List of Projects to complete:
- Update ISN with our Safety Information (this is overdue)
- Strategic Warehouse Plan with managers (see items below):
- How to organize
- Clear work instructions
- Maintenance
- Inventory Count Schedule
- Assisting Service Coordinator in downloading machine manuals for existing machines.
- Training to be backup for departments while writing workflow processes in a standard format across the company:
- Parts
- Machine – after entry of order
- AR / AP
- Work with Payroll company to create / update onboarding to include safety training.

Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
