Job Summary:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and controlling warehouse inventory by overseeing, directing, and coordinating the movement of supplies, products, and merchandise into and out of the warehouse.
Job Responsibilities (Including, but not limited to):

• Receiving and processing incoming material
• Picking and filling orders from stock
• Packing and shipping orders
• Managing, organizing, and retrieving stock
• Ensure the safe and secure storage of a range of items and the operations surrounding their organization and retrieval.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Effective time management.
  • Must be able to demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Multi-tasking / Organized.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in various stages of completion.
• Computer Savvy
  • Must be able to operate a computer and use various computer programs including Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook
• Detail oriented.
  • Must be able to read, write and communicate effectively with superiors and subordinates.
• Proactive and willingness to learn.

• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record as driving to pick up materials will be required.
  • A Class A CDL and Forklift Certification is preferred.

Desired Requirement:

• 1-2 years' experience in telecommunications / construction with related project management experience
• 1-2 years' warehouse experience
• A Class A CDL and Forklift Certification is preferred.

Physical requirements:

• • Ability to stand, stoop, squat, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to walk for extended periods of time and/or long distances.
  • Ability to navigate through potential uneven walkways/terrain.
  • Tolerant to extreme elements (heat, sun, wind, rain, snow, etc.)
  • Good vision and depth perception (corrective lenses OK)
  • Ability to lift 70 lbs.
