Experience:

- Experience in Processing

- Understanding of title commitments, reviewing, altering and clearing

Title issues.

- Prework/process title

- Disbursing and post closing of closed files.

- Experience working as a Title Insurance Closer, post closer, or processor.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of the title processing and real estate closings

- Familiarity with CFPB guidelines

- Proficient in Closer’s Choice

- Understanding of Real Estate Contracts

- Excellent analytical skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Ability to work well with others
