AEW is an award-winning sales and service distributor of automatic sliding, swinging, and revolving door products. The Warehouse Coordinator is a critical position in the inventory process and will report to the warehouse manager.

Responsibilities:

· Unload and load trucks

· Process installation paperwork

· Assist warehouse manager with parts orders

· Facilitate return of warranty parts

· Shipping and receiving of FedEx and UPS

· Work side-by-side with install manager, confirming job information

· Pull and stage material within warehouse

· Data entry of parts transfers

· Assist with maintaining van inventory levels

· Forklift Operation

· Help maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Requirements:

· Strong ability to multi-task and be productive in a demanding environment

· Outstanding organizational skills

· Ability to lift 50-100 pounds on a daily basis

· Attention to detail

· Experience working with in a fast-paced work setting

· Excellent communication and customer service skills

· Valid driver’s license

· Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook

· Team player

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 42 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
