The compensation philosophy reflects the Company’s reasonable expectation at the time of posting. We consider a number of factors when making individual compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, and other business needs. This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Summary:
The Warehouse Inventory Control Assistant performs clerical work in the warehouse as well as Warehouse Inventory maintenance and reconciliation on a daily basis.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Count all full goods and raw materials in the warehouse on a daily basis, manually or using a handheld scanner
- Research and reconcile daily inventory variances
- Reconcile the daily, monthly, and annual inventory to the SAP computer system
- Identify and report close dated product
- General clerical duties as needed
- Other projects or duties as assigned
Required Skills and Experience:
- HS Diploma/GED and 0 to 1 plus years of clerical, inventory or related experience
- Strong Microsoft office skills i.e., Word, Excel, etc.
- Database experience
- Strong math skills
- Ability to read and follow directions
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test

- Auditing experience
