Job Description
We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and effectiveness of our warehouse operations.
What You'll Do:
- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, inspect for damage, and properly store items.
- Maintain accurate records, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with procurement for replenishment.
- Organize warehouse space for maximum efficiency and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Prepare materials for production, ensure proper labeling, and coordinate distribution.
- Safely operate warehouse equipment and report any issues promptly.
- Adhere to safety protocols and perform assigned duties as required.
- This role requires lifting, standing, kneeling, bending, and arm and shoulder movements with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or warehouse management is a plus.
- Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment safely.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management software is a plus!
