Description of Responsibilities
Support/lead a rhythm of well-run daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly employee meetings.
Make sure that all receiving, order processing, and returns SLAs are being met.
Lead and promote a positive working environment that aligns with our company culture.
Support/lead 5 S initiatives to ensure a clean, organized, and secure work environment.
Lead safety committee, prioritize and address any concerns.
Support training from new hire to ongoing warehouse management system training.
Meet or exceed fulfillment center accuracy, productivity and efficiency goals/metrics.
Help with new customer onboarding processes.
Exemplify and model our Principles for Success and Core Values through daily employee feedback and communication.
Stay late as necessary; this role includes working weekends if necessary to serve our customers.
Communicate with customer support on operational matters that impact customer SLAs
Willing and able to operate a variety of warehouse equipment and vehicles
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred
1-3 years Warehouse/Distribution management experience required (experience within a ecommerce 3PL preferred).
Strong verbal and written Communication skills.
Knowledge & Experience with Freight
Strong computer skills must be proficient utilizing Excel, email and easily able to navigate through different computer programs.
Working knowledge and previous experience using a WMS.
Team interpersonal and leadership skills required.
Problem solving skills
Organized and track record of meeting KPIs.
