Job Description:

At The Finest, we’re an e-liquid brand that highly values and places a strong focus on operating with the highest standard of business practices. The Finest Operations team is the backbone of the business and ensures that all day-to-day functions run efficiently and smoothly.

The Finest E-Liquid company is looking for a self-motivated and team-oriented Warehouse Assistant Manager to join our Headquarters Office in Los Angeles. You will be assisting and supporting the Warehouse Manager, ensuring efficient operation of the warehouse and helping maintain the day-to-day business functions for the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Train, mentor, and develop Warehouse Associates and Leads, as needed, in different areas of the warehouse, such as, product knowledge, safety practices, and day-to-day warehouse duties
• Effectively help lead and supervise the warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures and fulfillment
• Monitor team members’ work productivity and output (KPI), document and report any work-related concerns/opportunities, and delegate tasks under the direction of the department manager
• Manage and generate regular reports on Warehouse KPI metrics, such as inventory count levels, order fulfillment, shipping history
• Help oversee both the shipping and receiving functions of the warehouse
• Plan, coordinate, and execute transportation strategies for the business by applying knowledge of various transportation methods, including air and ground transportation, and transportation regulations and laws

Key Qualifications:

• Must be proficient in using Inventory Management, and other program(s) defined The Finest E-liquid (i.e. Slack, Ship Station, R&L Carriers)
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and support organizational goals and growth through finance office initiatives
• Able to work independently and as part of a team, take initiative, prioritize, and accurately perform multiple tasks, and efficiently meet deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong independent and coordinated reasoning, judgment, presentation of information, decision-making skills.
• Excellent time management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize different tasks
• Strong delegation power
• Demonstrated customer service skills: friendly, approachable, cooperative, flexible, and able to shift focus as needed
• Able to professionally and effectively interact and communicate, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Additional Requirements (Education, Training, and Experience):

• Associate degree in major coursework in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration, or related discipline highly preferred
• Three years’ previous experience in a wholesale business environment
• Five years’ experience in supervision/leadership role in a warehouse environment – overseeing team members, giving directions, and solving workplace problems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
