Responsible for receiving, storing and shipping of all goods and related supplies used by the specific departments. Responsible for the warehouse operations in the absence of the Warehouse Manager.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for receiving all food and beverage to warehouse.
- Responsible for shipping, stocking, and rotation of food product to the venues.
- Maintains facility in a clean and organized manner at all times. Stores product according to established standards. Assists in responsibility for the control of all inventories within the warehouse.
- Maintains all vehicles in working order.
- Participates in the development of employee, training programs and the monitoring of results of training.
- Support the creation of a cohesive team while demonstrating organizational, planning, delegation, mentoring and coaching skills.
- Assist with performance development including administering discipline, resolving employee relation's issues and conducting individual and team meetings.
- Provides input for the development policies and procedures to assure efficient operation of designated areas. Responsible for employee schedules, payroll and counseling.
- Assists with the purchase of required supplies/equipment within approved budget
- Participate in the development operating budgets and the monitoring of adherence
- Performs other duties as assigned.
This position is required to be performed full-time from an NBCUniversal-designated worksite.This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. 3-5 years in warehouse, shipping, receiving and inventory control experience required with 3-5 years supervisory experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must be available to work on weekends, holidays, and nights as required
Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and walking/traveling to multiple venues throughout the day

Bachelor's Degree preferred
