The Warehouse Assistant supports the overall daily warehouse duties, inventory control, and facilities maintenance as directed by the Operations Manager.
Duties:
- Handle warehouse materials control, job pile stocking and issuance of materials, tools and equipment according to procedure. Assist in maintenance of our consumable levels for all teams
- Delivers material to job sites based on company needs
- Keep warehouse organized and clean and assist with keeping inventory level accurate for all teams
- Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company's policies and vision
- Responsible for all shipping and receiving daily.
- Responsible for the coordination of shipping of our direct sales.
- Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and assuring quality of goods
- Ensure unauthorized personnel do not enter warehouses; assist and accompany personnel who are authorized to enter the warehouses and select materials
- Other tasks as assigned by the Operations Manager
Education, Work Experience and Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED required. Ideal candidates will have 2 or more years of warehouse experience, excellent time management and organizational skills and be proficient in the following computer programs (Excel, Word, Internet, and Outlook. This position requires a valid driver's license, clean driving record and insurance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, walk and lift up to 50lbs. The employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms.
