Job Title: Desktop Technician

Location: Washington, DC

Able to work required hours onsite at Washington, DC Pew Charitable Trusts location.

Work hours: 37.5 hours a week. Monday- Friday, 9am to 5 pm with a 30 minute lunch.

• Ability to work independently

• Ability to follow operational procedures
• Demonstrates working knowledge of PC hardware and software installation, configuration and troubleshooting
• Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and some 11, MS Office 2016, Microsoft Office 365.
• Knowledge of Active Directory and standard desktop software desired.

Responsibilities:

• Performs PC imaging
• Performs PC deployment
• Performs Windows 10 migrations
• Performs troubleshooting for PC laptops
• Provides support for office moves
• Maintains Desktop hardware inventory
• Plans and executes IT tasks as scheduled.
• Assists Users with their issues and documents actions in ServiceNow as defined by the customer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• PC installation and troubleshooting: 4 years (Preferred)
• PC imaging, deployment, Migrations: 4 years (Preferred)
• ServiceNow, Active directory: 3 years (Preferred)
