As a Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of our warehouse facility. You will be responsible for assisting with various tasks related to inventory management, shipping and receiving, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with receiving incoming shipments, verifying contents, and recording inventory data accurately.
• Prepare outgoing shipments by picking, packing, and labeling items according to order specifications.
• Organize warehouse space and maintain cleanliness to ensure efficient workflow and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and assist in reconciling discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders accurately and on time.
• Assist with facility maintenance as needed
• Follow all company policies and procedures regarding warehouse operations and safety protocols..

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to read and write fluently in English
• Prior experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects, up to 75 pounds, on a regular basis.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record if operating company vehicles
• Fork lift experience required
• Pallet jack experience required
• Pallet wrapping machine preferred

Compensation details: 16-18 Hourly Wage
