We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office/Warehouse Assistant to join our team. As an Office/Warehouse Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your responsibilities will include data entry, administrative tasks, office management, shipping and receiving materials, and providing exceptional customer service.
```Responsibilities:```
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Assist with administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Conduct basic proofreading tasks to ensure accuracy of documents
- Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed
```Experience:```
- Previous experience in an office setting is not needed
- Basic computer literacy skills, including in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Familiarity with office procedures is a bonus
- Willing to operate a Forklift
