About the Role:
As our Warehouse & Logistics Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our operations, overseeing the beating heart of our supply chain. From managing the flow of our precious ingredients to ensuring the smooth dispatch of our beloved products, your leadership will ensure our warehouse operates like a well-oiled machine—efficient, safe, and always upholding the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Machinery Operation: Champion the safe and efficient use of warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Shipping & Receiving Supervision: Lead order building, oversee truck loading, route planning, and ensure accurate shipping documentation.
- Inventory Management: Conduct thorough inventory counts and manage monthly reporting with exceptional attention to detail.
- Safety & Cleanliness: Elevate our standards for safety and cleanliness, implementing protocols and maintaining equipment.
- Production Assistance: Collaborate with production teams to ensure timely material allocation.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives to refine operations and enhance efficiency.
Who You Are
- A proven leader with experience in Warehouse and Logistics management, preferably within the food manufacturing sector.
- Proficient in operating warehouse machinery and equipment.
- Possess strong organizational skills, emphasizing precise inventory management.
- Experienced with ERP/data systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Committed to the highest safety and cleanliness standards.
- A forward-thinker, always looking for ways to improve operations and efficiency.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds and comfortable with frequent standing, walking, and climbing.
- Thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, including temperature variations typical of food warehousing and production areas.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
