Store Manager

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee the operations of our retail store. The Store Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of the store, including team management, budgeting, sales management, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in store management.

```Responsibilities```
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock availability
- Create and maintain a visually appealing store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer issues or complaints
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to ensure smooth store operations
- Implement effective loss prevention measures to minimize theft and maximize security
- Oversee store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends and competitor activities

- Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire employees
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Excellent store management skills, including inventory control and visual merchandising
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
- Knowledge of retail math principles for accurate sales forecasting and analysis
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications
- Ability to conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and development opportunities
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
