We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our store. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, scheduling shifts, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise staff and ensure they are following company policies and procedures.
- Train and motivate staff to achieve sales goals.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure that store is well-maintained and stocked with merchandise.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
