Position Overview: FINSYNC is seeking a dynamic and experienced VP Talent and HR to join our team. As VP Talent and HR at FINSYNC, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organization by providing HR management and sourcing, attracting, and developing top talent across various departments, including technical, operational, marketing and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and execute people management activities and deploy best practices to ensure associates are effective contributors.
  • Take responsibility for enhancement of internal HR processes and support key leaders in the effort.
  • Partner with department heads and hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop strategic recruitment plans.
  • Proactively source and engage with candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, achieving selection of top candidates and cultural fit with FINSYNC.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a steady stream of high-quality candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, recruitment, and HR management.
  • Build metrics and reporting to assure talent is grown and managed consistent with the organization's performance and individual growth paths being optimized
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts to enhance FINSYNC's reputation as an employer of choice.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (more than 3 years) as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in the technology or financial services industry.
  • Experience across a range of company sizes including small to medium organizations where the appropriate range of responsibilities were demonstrated
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal compliance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Creative and innovative approach to sourcing and attracting top talent.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment goals.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
  • Broad understanding of effective HR processes.
