Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Operations Manager to join our Global HR (People Success) Team with a minimum of 5-7 years of expertise in managing HR technology and operations. This role is instrumental in shaping and maintaining a high-performance People Success function within our organization, and will focus on optimizing our HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across the entire employment lifecycle.

Requirements

Key Deliverables:

  • Establish and streamline HR processes to increase operational efficiency and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
  • Implement system enhancements or automation that reduce manual workload, improving accuracy and turnaround time.
  • Ensure HR systems compliance with regulatory standards and drive improvement in data accuracy through regular audits and enhancements.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR operations and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

HR Technology Management:

  • Lead the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of HR systems and tools to align with organizational needs.
  • Act as the main liaison with HR technology vendors, ensuring effective utilization and maximizing system capabilities.
  • Identify areas for process improvement, streamline operations, and drive automation where feasible.
  • Independently execute system upgrades, integrations, and migrations with minimal disruption to HR processes.

Process Optimization:

  • Develop and refine HR operational policies, procedures, and workflows independently to enhance efficiency and compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize HR processes, aligning them with business objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory standards.

Reporting and Analytics:

  • Generate and analyze HR metrics and reports independently, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Utilize data analytics to monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for informed decision-making.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics for leadership review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or HR certification is a plus.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a focus on managing HR technology.
  • Proven track record of implementing and optimizing HR systems and processes across the full employment lifecycle.
  • Strong understanding of HR compliance, data privacy, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in HRIS, performance management and employee engagement software, ATS, payroll systems, and other HR-related software. (Preferred experience with Rippling, JazzHR, 15Five, Workvivo/Zoom).
