- Develop business requirements, test, and launch of our future digital enrollment and banking platforms
- Work with executive team and internal partners to develop new products/services/ pricing strategies
- Collaborate with Marketing to expand new account acquisition based on different channels
- Develop, implement, and optimize sales and retention strategies, lead the existing sales team
- Create and drive Continuous Process Improvement initiatives, building on existing process, procedures, and toolkits to achieve operational efficiencies
- Expand reporting tools to increase visibility into production and performance KPIs
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years' front-end product management in banking or financial services
- Digital banking
- Managerial experience
