Introduction to the job
We are looking for an Intern to join our Program Management team as a Program Management Process Improvement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements that will help us to better manage our programs. You will also be responsible for conducting research and developing best practices for Program Management.
Internships are 12 weeks in length during the summer and are expected to be on-site.
Role and responsibilities
- Identify and implement process improvements that will help us to better manage our programs.
- Conduct research and develop best practices for Program Management.
- Work with the Program Management team to implement process improvements.
- Track the progress of process improvement initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
- Communicate with stakeholders about process improvement initiatives.
Education and experience
- Candidate must be currently pursuing a degree in a technical field.
- Candidate must be enrolled in the program through at least the fall of 2024
Skills
- Interest in product development and technology management
- Experience and/or interest in process improvement methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Ability to quickly become proficient in new software and process management tools.

This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. § 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
The hourly range for this role is currently $20 - $45/hr. (depending on level of education completed). Pay scales are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of several factors that that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to, job-related skills, relevant education and experience, certifications, abilities of the candidate and pay relative to other team members.
