JOB DESCRIPTION
As a VP of Sales, you will closely with the executive team, contribute to the overall growth strategy of the company, and play a key role in shaping our future success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales professionals to maximize their potential and performance.
- Execute sales training programs, providing oversight to the teams current nationally recognized sales trainers.
- Identify and pursue new partnerships to expand our customer base and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.
- Stay informed about industry developments, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Prepare and present regular reports and updates as needed.
- Proven track record of success in sales. Required.
- Minimum of ten years of Sales leadership experience. Required.
- Operates with a continuous improvement and problem-solving mindset.
- Thrives in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Self-starter that takes the initiative to implement necessary changes.
- Bachelors degree in business management or a related field.
