Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that supports the company's overall business objectives.
- Lead the marketing team, providing guidance, feedback, and support, to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully.
- Develop and execute effective campaigns to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Partner with the Chief Strategy Officer to develop the company's brand identity and ensure that all marketing initiatives are consistent with the brand.
- Lead the development of content marketing to promote the company and engage with customers.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure a consistent and effective messaging strategy.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities, and use this information to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field; advanced degree highly preferred.
- Auction house experience preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social, and traditional media.
- Deep understanding of market trends, consumer insights, and competitive dynamics.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and manage a team of Marketing professionals.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and strategies to executive leadership.
- Proven experience in budget management, with the ability to allocate resources effectively to meet marketing goals.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
