We are seeking an detail-oriented and a strategic thinking VP of HR Operations to join our energetic team. The main responsibilities for this role will be oversee and manage multiple teams of HR professionals human resources and employee relations,payroll, pre-screening, and benefits.This person will be responsible for continuing to grow the teams competencies and will partner closely with our leadership team to help align HR initiatives within the organization. This individual will be responsible for providing effective management and oversight of our HR infrastructure.In addition to these responsibilities, the candidate should be able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment with a "can-do" attitude. The ideal candidate for this position must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and will contribute to key organizational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Works directly with the CEO to continuously evaluate HR business needs

Develops organizational strategies by keeping abreast of current employment laws (including HR legislations and trends)

Evaluates HR processes and strategies for improvements

Effectively manages all employees of the HR department; oversees management of benefits, payroll, 401k, pre-screening, and assists with training & development

Recruits and sources top talent candidates that align with our mission and values

Partners with the CCO to ensure compliance is met for both our organization and our clients

Consults and coordinates with CEO and strategic HR partners in the annual review process

Partners with department managers to develop internal career paths and opportunities

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum 5+ yrs Human Resources managerial experience
• Demonstrated ability to work on the business side, leveraging technology and people for operational excellence
• Strong knowledge of employment, payroll, and benefits administration
• Prior experience supporting multiple locations, preferably multi-state experience
• Thorough knowledge of federal, state and local employment laws
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to handle detailed, confidential, and time sensitive work
• Proficiency in MS Office; Advanced proficiency preferred
• Ability to train others and streamline Human Resources administration processes
• Excellent work ethic and team oriented

Salary & Benefits

This position offers full-time benefits, including a comprehensive benefits package. Salary will be commensurate with education and experience.

Additional compensation may be earned by exceeding sales and service goals.
