Are you an experienced leader with a background in working within the credit/debit processing industry? A local company that provides merchant services to small and large credit unions is looking to add a VP of Client Services to their growing team!
In this role, you will work closely with the executive team and CEO to set the standard for excellence across critical operational functions. As the VP of Client Services, you will be leading a team of individuals to deliver excellent service and support to their clients while also providing strategic leadership and direction to the organizations operations.

VP of Client Services Responsibilities:
Oversee a team of 6-8 Client Services team members including coaching, developing and performance management.
Monitor performance metrics and take action as necessary to ensure optimal service delivery to clients.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, collbaorators, and stakeholders.
Act as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, ensuring quick resolution and client satisfaction.
Contribute to the presentation of Quarterly Business Reviews for client accounts, outlining strategic plans to grow and foster both new and exisiting accounts.
Develop and enhance fraud detection strategies, using data anaylys to minimize risks and losses.
You will be successful in this role if you have a proven track record of leadership within the industry, a knack for problem-solving and a passion for driving client satisfaction.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
VP of Client Services Requirements:
8+ years in the credit/debit card processing, EFT services, e-commerce, banking or credit union sector
3+ years of leadership experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to provide valuable insights and guidance to team and various other stakeholders for decision making
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Bachelor's Degree required
Compensation: $125k - $145k
