Full Speed Plumbing of Mount Vernon, WA is looking to hire a part-time Client Care Specialist - Plumbing Services to tend to our customer service needs. This position has the potential to move to full-time with hours of M-F, 7 am - 7 pm.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST / CSR IN PLUMBING SERVICES

In this vital role, you are the detail person! We cannot provide our clients with the very best in Plumbing Services without you being attentive to details and keeping our office running smoothly. And, your friendly customer service whether in person or over the phone makes our clients happy to do business with us. You are a people person who is also good at establishing procedures and processes to keep everything flowing and organized.

You perform a variety of day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues for customers. But, really, it's not what you do, but how you do it. You are proactive--seeing what needs to be done and doing it. You enjoy your job as you are never bored and get great satisfaction out of keeping everything in order!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU AS A CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST

• Customer service experience, preferably in an office environment
• Excellent organizational skills
