Love dogs? Seeking a team member experienced with appointment scheduling who thrives in a busy environment. This position is part-time 24-30 hours/week with one weekend day shift required. Shifts are weekday 10am - 7pm and weekend 9am - 5pm.

Responsibilities:
- Interacting with clients to ensure the best experience possible
- Answering busy phones and responding to client inquiries via e-mail/text/walk in.
- Full management of grooming appointments as well as appointment reminders by phone/e-mail/text/online booking.
- Manage check in/check out of clients for both Self Wash and Full Service Grooming
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the store
- Self Wash Bays -- Client Orientation and clean up/tidy
- Receiving and putting away shipments
- Working the POS system
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
- Support professional groomers when needed for pet handling
Qualifications:
- Strong skills with appointment scheduling
- Previous experience in customer service, retail sales, food service or other related field; a position in pet business would be beneficial, but not required
- Ability to complete tasks in a busy, dynamic work environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Good working knowledge of computers and be able to learn our software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
