Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Services Coordinator. As a Client Services Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service. This position requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze data, and proficiency in Salesforce.

Duties:

- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing timely and professional assistance

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences

- Coordinate and manage client projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality

-Use software to track client interactions, update records, and generate reports

- Collaborate with internal teams to address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement

- Assist with sales efforts by preparing proposals, presentations, and supporting materials

Skills:

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building positive relationships

- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software

- Ability to analyze data and extract meaningful insights for decision-making

- Project management skills to effectively coordinate multiple tasks and meet deadlines

- Experience in financial services or related industry is preferred

- Sales experience or account management experience is a plus

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
