The opportunity
Get onboard of the PayFit rocket by joining our Marketing Team as a Growth Marketing VP.
Your mission will be to support PayFit growth by designing and delivering impactful performance and digital marketing strategies, leveraging Inbound, Outbound & Product led Growth.
Responsibilities range from:
Accelerate organic and paid acquisition campaigns to scale our inbound engine and improve all cost of acquisition to be more efficient
Develop PLG strategy and operational plan either on new sales (self serve) and expansion (upsell / cross sell)
Accelerate Outbound Led Growth to increase the share of Marketing leads in the mix
Build and Implement Lifecycle Marketing Strategy
Lead the marketing data stacks and dashboard to improve tracking of marketing activities
Build and implement Community Led Growth (starting with a referral program at scale)
Manage and upgrade our tech stack to drive state of the art Allbound marketing
Lead, coach and manage a team of 20 person
This job has been tailored for you if you have the following qualities
Strong knowledge of digital and performance marketing strategies
Knowledge in allbound model or at least PLG & inbound levers
BtoB marketing knowledge (ideally Saas)
High interpersonal skills and excellence in stakeholder management
10+ years of experience in growth and performance marketing
5 years of experience in management
Fluent in english
Located in France

2. Next step will be a meeting with Emmanuelle, CMO (45 min)
3. You will then meet players (Julie & Romain) from the Marketing team for sharing a concrete business case study (1h)
4. You will meet Thomas, COO (30 min)
5. You will meet Sylvain, CPO (30 min)
6. Last step, you will meet Firmin, CEO (45 min)
