WHO WE ARE

We’re not in the wing business. We’re in the flavor business. It’s been our mission to Serve the World Flavor since we first opened in 1994, and we’re just getting started. 1997 saw the opening of our first brand partner operated Wingstop location, and by 2002 we had served the world one billion wings. It’s flavor that defines us and has made Wingstop one of the fastest growing brands in the restaurant industry.

Above all else – our success is largely due to our people and our core values, or what we call The Wingstop Way of being entrepreneurial, service-minded, fun and authentic. We believe having a strong people foundation centered on these collective values creates a crave-worthy culture and talented team, as well as ensures our brand is poised for accelerated growth. We all win together.

YOUR IMPACT

The Director of Growth Strategy plays a pivotal role in driving growth initiatives to enhance the overall performance of our business at Wingstop Restaurants Inc. This role focuses on both topline (revenue) and bottom-line (profitability) initiatives underpinned by robust insights and data-driven decision-making. The Director of Growth Strategy takes primary responsibility for managing our delivery channel, which accounts for a meaningful portion of system-wide sales, and leads a team of four analysts dedicated to supporting this channel. Key responsibilities within the Delivery channel include strategy development, marketing activation, operational improvements, and ensuring the technical health of the delivery experience. Additionally, the Director of Growth Strategy contributes to other Growth Strategy initiatives such as pricing, menu innovation, loyalty programs, operational transformation, and other commercial topics. The Director will support the currently ongoing Growth Strategy work focused on driving improvements in restaurant operations with new technology and AI-driven solutions. Collaboration across functions, particularly with Operations, Marketing, Digital, and Finance, is essential to commercialize and scale solutions across our network.

This role is based in Addison, Texas, with our headquarters relocating to uptown Dallas in 2024. It requires onsite work approximately four days a week, with occasional travel of approximately once a month.
