What You’ll Accomplish
You’ll be an agency leader. In partnership with the CEO and President, you’ll be responsible for the overall health of the Agency with a focus on profitability, process, utilization, growth, and agency reputation. You’ll provide above-brand strategic, logistical, and technical expertise based on experience and critical awareness of agency needs.
How You’ll Do It
Build, manage, and lead fully functioning operations and Project Management teams
Create best in class operations and process models across the agency, including resource planning, campaign execution & delivery, finance,expense control, staff management, and department supervision.
Partner closely with the CEO regarding all operational agency challenges and solutions, as well as financeto keep the agency profitable throughout its every function.
In partnership with HR and interdepartmental leadership, deliver onboarding experiences and ongoing, best practice training across agency disciplines.
Educate and assist teams on proper implementation of best practices both internally and with 3 rd parties.
Work in tandem with technology leadership to ensure best in class tools are in use and optimized, and to integrate and onboard new tools.
Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams
Identify and target areas in which a business can improve operation
Monitor revenue margins and oversee employee productivity
Evaluate regularly the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives, and apply improvements
Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
What You’ll Need To Do It
BA/BS with 15+ years of Project Management experience and 5+ years of department leadership
Previous experience managing high-level reports
Superior verbal & written communication skills + Excellent presentation skills
Strong financial management and experience overseeing Agency revenue worth $70MM+ Demonstrated success collaborating with C-level executives
Where You’ll Go
You will transition to overseeing all agency operations. You will collaborate with EVPs on agency-wide decisions, and in partnership with them you will be accountable for the overall health of the agency. Mastering SVP responsibilities related to operations prepares you to become an EVP, and ultimately a COO.
The range below represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of an Omnicom Health Group company in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
