As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for the sale of Zonatel LLC products and services. The ideal candidate is results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
· Conduct product and service demonstrations and presentations that meet and exceed customer expectations.
· Responsible for meeting the assigned monthly sales quota.
· Drive revenue by effectively addressing the client’s business needs, offering appropriate value proposition solutions, creating urgency, and closing accounts.
· Overcome objections from prospective customers.
· Perform sales activities to meet assigned quota, which includes canvassing (door-to-door selling), cold calling, and prospecting. Submits logs and reports to record those activities and supervise weekly activity standards.
· Manage relationships and communication with clients to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
· Receive and resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
· Develop a database of qualified leads through referrals, telephone canvassing, email, and networking.
· Use a consultative selling approach & motivate customers to take action.
· Create & maintain outstanding business relationships with new & existing customers.
· Work with the pricing, installation requirements, and guidelines established by management.
· Participate in conventions, trade shows, and other events as requested.
· Grow year-over-year sales results.
· Perform other duties as requested or assigned.
Other Qualifications:
· Written and verbal proficiency in English and Spanish
· Prior selling experience in the telecommunications industry preferred but not required
· Excellent negotiating and closing skills
· Well-organized, self-starter attitude, and motivated
· Attention to detail
· Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment
· Excellent work ethic
· Outstanding presentation abilities
· Computer-literate (Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
