```Overview```
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Assistant. As an Executive Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our executive team and contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of our organization.
```Responsibilities```
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and distribute memos, emails, and other correspondence
- Organize and maintain files, both physical and electronic
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person or department
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for executives
- Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations
- Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, photocopying, and transcribing meeting minutes
```Requirements```
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems
- High level of computer literacy, including proficiency in typing and data entry
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Pay: $15.56 - $17.57 per hour
