Visiting RN

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes or other healthcare facilities
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to care plans
- Educate patients and their families on proper healthcare practices and disease management
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records

Experience:
- Previous experience as a Visiting Nurse or in a similar role is preferred

Pay:

Admission: $120 per diem

SUP Visit: $70 per diem
