Bilingual Spanish-speaking Visiting RN and LVN's for Home Health

We have an URGENT NEED for per diem SPANISH-SPEAKING visiting RN's to service patients in Glendora, West Covina and surrounding areas.

This is for URGENT HIRING and YOU MUST BE ABLE TO SEE PATIENTS ASAP.

We are Care Circle Home Health, a Joint Commission-accredited Home Health agency servicing various counties in SoCal. Our mission to help patients improve their quality of life in the safety of their own homes by providing patient-centered, high quality, compassionate, and cost-effective health care services.

We offer flexible schedules, training, complete PPE’s and competitive pay. We also use user-friendly EMR/web-based documentation and we concentrate patient assignments close to our nurses’ homes to minimize time in traffic.

RN's and LVN's : at least 1 year nursing experience(Required).

Home Health: 1 year (Preferred)

You will need to submit:

• Current California-issued Professional License
• Certificate for Basic Life Support or Active CPR Card
• Driver's License and continue
• Auto Insurance (with the applicant's name on the policy)
• Physical examination within 6 months or "Fit to Work" doctor's note
• PPD or TB/Chest X-Ray test result
• Flu Shot record
• Proof of Covid Vaccine

IF YOU HAVE ALL THE CREDENTIALS AND QUALIFICATIONS, YOU MAY BE HIRED IN A WEEK!

You will be working with our highly qualified Clinical Management Team (RN Case Managers, Coordinators, dedicated QA Team) to provide quality direct patient care, such as:

• Evaluating the patient, providing treatments and implementing the plan of care
• providing accurate and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care
• providing patient and family/caregiver education and important information relating to diagnosis and plan of care
• actively participating in coordination of Home Health services, appropriately reporting the identified needs for other disciplines (HHA, OT, PT, MSW, ST, and Dietitian) to the clinician and/or clinical manager.

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $100.00 - $120.00 per hour
