RN - PER DIEM (VISITS).

Our mission is to provide comprehensive home health care of the highest quality to patients in their place of residence. We provide services for the patient in accordance with the plan of care directed by the patient physician. Chelsea’s Home Health care specializes in pediatric and adult patients with G-tube, tracheostomy, ventilator and sometimes TPN status.

• Pay Rate:$120 (Negotiable based on location/case)

Job description:

• SOC (Start of Care)
• Wound Care
• Wound Vac
• IV Insertion
• Colostomy
• Foley Catheter
• Ventilator circuit changes and humidifier maintenance
• Documenting via Axxess (electronic documentation).

Credentials Requirements:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN)
• Current Physical
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
