We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented, well spoken Virtual Assistant to join our team. As a Virtual Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our clients remotely. This is a remote position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to clients and potential customers

- Answer client phone calls & text messages in WEAVE

-Scheduling appointments in JANE EMR

-Assist with sales-related tasks, such as lead generation and follow-ups

- Communicate effectively with clients and team members through various channels

- Analyze data and generate reports as needed

- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records

- Provide exceptional customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly

- Assist with general administrative tasks as assigned

Skills:

- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication

- REMARKABLE phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills

- Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records

- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
