Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the business.
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for the team.
- Create and maintain organized digital files and databases.
- Take notes and transcribe meetings and calls as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management team.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required, college degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant administrative role.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficient in Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and other online tools.
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and be a self-starter.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
