Runk & Pratt Companies provides premier services in senior living, weddings & events, restaurants & hospitality, golf courses, charitable organizations, and more. Our small in-house media team is looking for a talented Videographer who is skilled in the craft of visual storytelling to help us excel in content marketing. The Videographer will work both independently and with our team to shoot, edit, and produce captivating video content for all media platforms. Must be knowledgeable in all aspects of video production, including lighting, sound, graphics, and visuals. Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute video shoots, both on-site and off-site.
- Operate professional video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
- Capture high-quality video footage with attention to composition, framing, and lighting.
- Conduct interviews and record audio to enhance video content.
- Edit and enhance raw video footage, ensuring high production value and visual appeal.
- Use video editing software and other relevant tools to create compelling storytelling videos.
- Incorporate motion graphics, special effects, and other visual elements as needed.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and execute video concepts that align with brand guidelines.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve video production quality.
- Manage video files, organize digital assets, and maintain an efficient video library.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Videographer or similar role.
- Proficient in operating professional video equipment and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Strong knowledge of video production techniques, including lighting, audio, and composition.
- Excellent understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual aesthetics.
- Familiarity with motion graphics, animation, and visual effects.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, taking creative direction and feedback.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Skills:
- Experience with drone videography.
- Photography skills.
- Experience with live streaming and multi-camera setups.
- Understanding of social media platforms and video optimization for online distribution.
