Position Overview:
White Oak Media is in search of an outgoing, talented, and motivated photographer to join our dynamic team. As a contract photographer, you will have the unique opportunity to work independently while collaborating with clients to capture high-quality media that highlights the distinctive features and allure of diverse properties.
Real Estate Photography experience is mandatory for this role. You must provide examples of your portfolio in order to be considered.
- Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Part 107 Certification strongly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with Real Estate agents and homeowners to assess their media service needs.
Execute professional photo shoots for residential and commercial properties.
Utilize professional photography equipment and techniques to achieve optimal media quality.
Capture high-quality media on site efficiently and upload all media within agreed upon timelines.
Maintain a professional and organized workflow, including file management and backup.
Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring client satisfaction.
Travel to various locations as required to photograph properties.
Shoots may consist of: assistance lightly prepping space, photography, floor plans via smartphone scan, Matterport 3D tours, aerial photo/video, interior and exterior photo/video.
The more services you are able to do, the higher your commission!

Requirements:
Professional equipment (Professional DSLR, Wide-angle lens, and tripod).
Professional communication skills.
Reliable transportation and ability to travel to different locations punctually.
Stable internet connection to upload media by 8 PM on the same day.
Consistent adherence to White Oak Media’s standards to provide high-quality products and service.
Ability to work independently.
Must sign a non-compete.
Must pass a background check.

Consistent availability on a weekly schedule, with the ability to perform under pressure.

Create your own hours on a consistent schedule.
Perform services without a conflict of interest.
Maintain effective communication and professional relationships with Realtors and Real Estate Companies.
Travel to locations for scheduled shoots.
Additional Requirements:
- Full Frame DSLR, wide angle lens (14-30 or 16-35), and sturdy tripod
- Computer and high speed internet for uploading
- Reliable transportation
- Professional presentation
- Professional grade drone if Part 107 certified
- Reliable vehicle and driver’s license
- Desktop/laptop and a smartphone with reliable internet
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $45.00 - $300.00 per day
