About Us:
The Rail Trail Flatbread Co.: Known for scratch kitchen delights, wood-fired flatbreads, and comforting cuisine across our two locations, Hudson and Milford.
New City Microcreamery: With three locations in Hudson, Sudbury, and Cambridge, we're famous for our artisanal ice cream made with liquid nitrogen, also available in Whole Foods and 100+ supermarkets.
Less Than Greater Than: A dark and moody speakeasy nestled within our ice cream shop in Hudson, offering a unique atmosphere for our patrons.
Job Responsibilities:
- Create captivating documentary-style clips, YouTube videos, podcasts, TikToks, reels, and YouTube shorts showcasing our businesses, people, and unique processes.
- Travel to multiple locations throughout Massachusetts to capture our diverse offerings and vibrant energy.
- Collaborate with our team to develop engaging content that highlights our scratch kitchen creations and innovative ice cream-making techniques.
What We're Looking For:
- A creative visionary with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in videography techniques, editing software, and content creation platforms.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel between locations.
- Enthusiasm for growth and development within our media company.

REQUIREMENTS
Although delicious wood fired flatbread pizza is the champion on our menu it's just the beginning - we are a family friendly restaurant offering unique spins on new American comfort food classics like burgers, poutine, tacos and mac and cheese to name a few. Some of our most popular items were developed by thinking about the food we crave and the places we've been. We believe food should be fun and approachable for everyone and never, ever too serious.
