GRAPHIC DESIGNER CONTENT CREATOR
In Person Job / Weston MA
We are seeking a proven strategic thinker, experienced hands-on designer, and strong visual storyteller to join our team. This role is central to the overall graphic design output and copyright for MGI, ensuring every design delivers on the creative vision and aligns with the brand.
As a Graphic Designer, you will work to communicate big ideas and translate brand narratives into creative work. We’re looking for someone who’s passionate about creating eye-catching and thumb-stopping designs that drive storytelling, virality, and conversion while inspiring and motivating. This is a full-time position and will require an on-site schedule in our Weston MA office.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Create compelling marketing collateral for MGI brand, products, and courses as well as Podcast across digital, social, email, and print.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, to create social media, video, podcast, and course teams to conceptualize and execute visually appealing content that meets business requirements.
- Work with teams, while utilizing own artistic ability skills, training, and creativity to help create thoughtful, trend-forward design results.
- Design social media assets, YouTube Thumbnails, course worksheets/workbooks, digital advertising, Giphys/digital stickers, email marketing assets, promotional collateral, and other requests
- Help drive best practices in marketing storytelling.
- Content creation and coordination: develop engaging campaign content, such as landing pages, videos, webinars, emails, social media posts, blogs, sales sheets
- Work with tight deadlines while maintaining high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Translate brand strategy into powerful and purposeful creative concepts.
- Conduct thorough research and stay up to date with design/social media trends, emerging technology, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of our designs.
You’re the ideal candidate if you:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong portfolio of work that displays proficiency in design principles, branding, color theory, and typography with demonstrated experience across digital, social media, and print.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other relevant design software.
- Adept multitasker who can pivot quickly and shift from task to task.
- Organizational skills to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
- Are reliable and resourceful and know how to manage your time so deadlines (occasionally with tight turnarounds) are met.
- Possess high EQ and strong interpersonal skills, a team player, a positive go-getter, and an all-around good person.
- Eye for great photography.

- Demonstrated experience in explaining the “why” behind design decisions/recommendations and navigating subjectivity.
