Job Description
We are in search of a VP of Talent Acquisition to develop and implement strategies to attract and hire quality employees. You will partner with the company’s leaders to enable growth by assessing needs and creatively developing Talent Acquisition solutions to meet staffing needs. The candidate will oversee day-to-day Talent Acquisition operations including direct management of recruiting managers to ensure that end-to-end recruiting services are followed, building a strong employment brand.
Responsibilities
Design and execute Talent Acquisition strategies that enhance the organization's visibility in key recruiting markets.
Analyze recruitment trends to stimulate future recruitment activity and improve compliance of candidates.
Work closely with hiring managers to gain a thorough understanding of their team's requirements.
Partner with leaders to identify talent forecasting, trends, and placement strategies.
In partnership with other teams, develop and execute Talent Acquisition programs and processes that support the company's diversity and inclusion strategies.
Build a pipeline and develop a culture that increases candidate flow and hiring manager involvement in the recruiting process.
Partner with senior management and other departments to develop staffing plans and recruiting strategies.
Exhibit innovative sourcing strategies and procedures, and ensure there is consistency.
Improve the Talent Acquisition process continuously.
Implement new sourcing methods and evaluate existing methods.
Document and solidify our recruiting approach and process.
Assessing and implementing an Applicant Tracking System, as well as any other HR systems relevant to the size of our organization.
Requirements
10+ years of recruiting experience and senior level management
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
Familiarity with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting software
Capability to interpret data from internal and external sources and predict trends
Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and familiarity with current technology
