Leading Miami-based Private Equity firm is looking for a Vice President level candidate experienced with Lower Middle-Market companies to source and close investments, perform due diligence, work directly with portfolio company management teams and take the lead on other various firm initiatives. Current experience in Private Equity and previous Investment Banking experience is required. This position will work onsite in Miami. Relocation provided.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2+ years of Private Equity experience with direct experience at the VP level.
- Experience working with Lower Middle-Market companies
- 2+ years of prior experience at a top-tier investment bank and/or consulting firm
- Strong experience modeling complex operating scenarios and acquisition structures
- Ability to perform due diligence, create detailed financial analyses and condense large amounts of data into logical, thoughtful reports
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field required. Graduate degree preferred.
