Job Description
The Vice President of Sales – Aftermarket plays a critical role in driving growth and innovation within the North American region. Key tasks include developing annual business plans aligned with strategic targets, optimizing the go-to-market process for Aftermarket offerings, recruiting and mentoring the NA Aftermarket team, collaborating with global tech centers to enhance regional offerings, defining performance measures for organizational roles, ensuring efficient operations and execution of strategies, and driving development of new business streams.
The Vice President is a key member of the NA Management Team, reporting directly to the President. The person will oversee all NA Aftermarket functions, including parts and service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for the aftermarket product portfolio in North America.
- Execute the business plan for the NA Aftermarket division, focusing on operational efficiency and continuous improvement of service and parts offerings.
- Provide visionary leadership to the NA Aftermarket team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Define and manage the consolidated budget for the Aftermarket division, driving market share growth while maintaining profitability targets.
- Optimize the regional organizational structure to maximize resource utilization and operational efficiency across all offerings.
- Develop a regional Aftermarket strategy leveraging digital offerings and collaboration with global tech centers.
- Cultivate and nurture customer relationships to drive sales revenue growth and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Lead proactive sales campaigns to promote Aftermarket offerings, adapting strategies in response to changing customer requirements and competitive landscapes.
Professional Experience & Background:
- Bachelor's degree in a business or technical field required; MBA strongly preferred.
- At least 15 years of experience in commercial sales of industrial Capital Equipment.
- Demonstrated senior leadership experience with a focus on strategic team development.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in interpreting data trends.
